The business enjoys an exclusive territory in Nicosia. It is located in a densely populated area, surrounded by educational institutions, offices and apartment buildings and operates all day, from morning until 9:00 pm 7 days a week. The work is organized in two shifts – morning and afternoon. It operates year-round (no seasonality).
The cafeteria offers sit-in, take-away and delivery, with delivery business accounting for almost 50% of the Turnover (the business owns 4 delivery motor-bikes). It also sells coffee-beans and ground coffee made on the spot, according to client’s taste.
The decoration and design is casual. In addition to the seating and coffee-bar area, the ground floor has two storage rooms and toilets for the handicapped. In front of the shop there is a good size terrace, covered with a retractable aluminium canopy and with transparent side-curtains. It is equipped with wood decking and gas heating for the winter. There is also easy and free parking on the street for clients. Upstairs there is a storage room, an office room with a bed, staff and client toilets. There is air-conditioning and fans throughout, as well as sound system.
The equipment, interior design and in general the set-up cost, was in excess of €190.000, including the initial franchise fee.
There is no recurring franchise fee, only the obligation to buy all supplies and consumables from the franchisor. A prospective buyer of the business will need to be approved by the franchisor.

The new owner does not need to be experienced in the cafeteria business, as the franchise provides all that is needed to manage the business.
